Shell Intilaaqah
Shell Intilaaqah under the Shell LiveWire International umbrella, was first launched in Oman in 1995 as a premier initiative for supporting entrepreneurship. Since its establishment, it has provided training for more than 15,000 young Omanis. The programme has undergone different iterations supporting Oman National Vision, meeting SME needs in related disciplines and aligning with global SME trends.

Our Objective
- Encourage and support Omani youth to think creatively of business ideas that add value to Oman's economy and society.
- Support SMEs, develop an entrepreneurial business mindset and understanding of the local market.
- Create a base for sustainable SMEs in the local market that generate jobs for Omani youth.
- Assist Omani SMEs to identify potential business opportunities in top sectors.
- Develop entrepreneurs’ business management skills.
